Convenience Store Acquisitions

We work proudly alongside Co-op Food acquiring properties for convenience stores and petrol filling stations.

Our client is looking for leasehold schemes of up to 4,500 sq ft GIA, freehold sites of circa 0.25 acres or existing businesses with a sales area of over 2,000 sq ft.

We are acquiring:

Busy areas, close to transport hubs, district centres, schools, hospitals and universities
Existing convenience stores and petrol filling stations
Solo sites and mixed-use developments including large residential developments
Existing properties suitable for conversion or development
